酵母饲料
酵母饲料即酵母培养物(Yeast cultures),简称YC,是一种含有酵母菌赖以生长的培养基经酵母培养生物转化而制得的优质生物活性蛋白质。本品呈粉状,色泽淡黄至褐色,具有酵母的特殊香味,不含沙门氏菌,在畜禽配合饲料和鱼虾等水产饲料中广泛应用,效果显著。
主要营养成份:
本品是一种蛋白饲料,三种主要限制性氨基酸均高于大豆粕,其中赖氨酸含量较大豆粕高25%。富含维生素(尤其维生素B族)和各种微量元素及促生长因子,是集营养与保健为一体的绿色生物活性蛋白质饲料。水分≤10%,灰份≤10%,酵母菌数≥40亿/g,活菌数≥70%,粗蛋白含量分为三个等级:1.CP≥40%,2.CP≥50%,3.CP≥60%。
主要作用特点:
1. 蛋白质利用率高,生长猪对YC蛋白质的表观消化率为89.3%,蛋鸡为91.1%。
2. 提高生产性能,能有效地促进生长,提高日增重,饲料报酬和繁殖性能。
3. 降低饲料成本,可替代日粮中大部分或全部鱼粉,可降低成本40—100元/吨。
4. 安全性好,不含沙门氏菌等有害菌,对人、畜禽和鱼虾类无毒、无害、无环境污染和交叉污染。
5. 性能稳定,添加在粉料、粒料和预混料中性能均很稳定,流动性好,无静电吸附,可耐受胃酸和制粒高温,活菌率高。
适用范围及用量:
适用于各种畜禽和鱼虾等水产饲料(kg)

包装贮存:
25kg/袋,贮存于阴凉通风干燥处,保质期12个月。

1. 何云娟报导(1994),对猪日增重提高5.7—19.0%,饲料利用率提高2.1—3.9%。
2. 陈绍飞等报导(1999),对蛋鸡受精率提高1.7%,出壳率提高1.3%。
3. Wallace等综合18个研究报告后报导(1993),对奶牛产奶量提高7.8%。
4. 赵建民报导(1993),对鲤鱼在1亩池塘中增产150kg,饲料利用率提高10%,体组织器官状况优于鱼粉组。
5. 王书翰、丁少军等报导,对新西兰兔增重提高11%,饲料利用率提高5.6%。
6. 张爱国报导(1993),对肉鸭饲料成本降低人民币0.22元/kg。
7. 卢大云等报导(1990),对肉鸡饲料成本降低人民币0.14元/羽,并且无一例发生腿病。
POTENT YEAST-PROTEIN FEED PRODUCTS
Yeast feed, e.g. yeast cultures, called YC for short, is a medium that has been converted, by culturing yeast on it, into a high quality bio-active protein product. The product is powder in form and light yellow to brown in color, and disseminates a special smell like yeast. The product is salmonella-free, and has proved to be highly effective in fish and shrimp feeding when incorporated into the diets.
Nutrient composition:
The contents is a protein feed, the contents of the three main limiting amino acids ( Methionine ,Lysine and Tryptophane)are all higher than those in soybean meal, with lysine being 25% higher. The product is also rich in vitamins (especially B vitamins)and various trace minerals and growth promoting factors ,and is a green bio-active protein feed product that is both nutritious and health improving in its function. Moisture≤10%,Ash≤10%,Yeast cells≥4billion/g,Living cells≥70%,Crude protein divide three rate: 1.CP≥40% 2.CP≥50% 3.CP≥60%.
Charicteristics:
▲ High protein bioavai lability :The apparent protein digestibility of the YC is 89.3% in growing pigs and 91.1% in laying hens;
▲ Animal performance improving: YC is highly effective and economic in improving animals′growth, daily gain, feed efficiency and reproductive performance;
▲ Production cost reducing: YC can replace partly or even totally the fish meal in the diets of animal, poultry, fish and shrimp, and diet cost can be reduced by 40-100RMB yuan per ton;
▲ High safety: YC is free of salmonell; nontoxic to human, animal, fish and shrimp; environment-friendly; doesn′t cause any cross-contamination;
▲ Stable quality: YC can stay stable in mash feeds, pellets and premixes; has good flowing ability; is non-electrostatic absorbent; is tolerant to gastric acid and heal(in pelleting) and can keep higher proportion of living cells.
Target animals and he usage:
It can be used in diets for various animals, poultry, fish and shrimp, and the usage(kg)is as follows: Cattle:50-60g Pigs 40-50g Chickens、Ducks、Geese 30-60g Rabbits、Pigeons、Game birds 30-40g Fishes、Shrimps 120-180g Crabs:120-150g Eels:150-200g
Package and storage:
25kg/bag Store in dry, dark and cool places with good ventilation. Expiration period :12 months.
Effectiveness:
▲ He yun-juan(1994) reported that in pigs the daily gain can be 5.7-19.0% higher and feed efficicncy 2.1-3.9% better by feeding YC.
▲ Chen Shao-fei et al . (1999)reported that in pou 1 try fertility of the eggs can be 1.7% higher and the hatchabillty can be 1.3% higher by feeding YC.
▲ Wallace et al.(1993) reported after reviewing 18 literatures that milk production of dairy cow can be 7.8% higher by feeding YC.
▲ Zhao jian-min (1993)reported that the carp production can be 150kg more in a 670m2 pool, feed efficiency can be 10% better and body tissue condition can be better in YC groups than in fish meal groups;
▲ Wang Shu-han and Ding Shao-jun reported that in New Zealand rabbits the daily gain can be 11% higher and feed efficiency can be 5.6% higher by feeding YC;
▲ Zhang Ai-guo(1993) reported that the feed cost can be 0.22 RMB yuan/kg less by feeding YC in meat ducks;
▲ Lu Da-yun et al. (1990) reported that the feed cost can be 0.14 RMB yuan/broiler less by feeding YC and there is not even case of leg disorders in the flock..
