光合细菌使用说明书
本菌是具有光能合成体系的原核生物。由著名微生物专家王厚德教授精心培养而成，并已申报专利（专利号为：CN1124293A），它被广泛用于养殖业。本品以红假单胞菌为主，菌体蛋白高达60%以上，氨基酸组成合理，富含ＶＢ１２、叶酸、生物素等，特别富含辅酶Ｑ。
一、 主要作用
1. 提高鱼虾的抗病、防病和免疫能力，对鱼类粘细菌病、烂鳃病、水霉病、赤鳍病、擦伤病等和对虾霉菌病治疗效果明显。
2. 促进生长，提高鱼虾产量和成活率。使用本品，增重提高１０－１７％，成活率提高５－７％。
3. 提高饵料的利用率，促进鱼虾对饵料的消化吸收。
4. 改善水质，增加水体浮游生物量。
5. 抗缺氧作用。在冬季鱼池封冻前，添加本品后，增加水中氧含量，使鱼虾不再进入缺氧和休眠状态，继续生长，增强抗病力。夏季闷热天气添加本品，可增加水中氧气，避免“翻坑”。在长途运输过程中，添加本品可避免鱼虾因缺氧造成的死亡。
6. 可实现高密度鱼虾养殖，大幅度提高产量，明显增加经济效益。
二、产品剂型
本品包括液体和固体粉剂两种。
三、用法用量
l 液体光合菌：〈用法〉平常饲养期间隔15—20天使用一次。在放苗期、夏天高温期
和冬季鱼池封冻前三个主要时期，每间隔１0天左右使用一次。
（视天气、养殖密度、水质、发病情况等各种条件而定）
〈用量〉以每亩水面３－５Ｌ即可，高温季节或发病期间增加使用量，每
亩水面１０Ｌ。（以1米水深为准）
〈治疗〉将本品稀释10倍药浴10—15分钟，可治疗鲤鱼粘细菌病、烂腮
病、打印病、金鱼（鳗鱼）水霉病、赤鳍病、擦伤病；300倍稀
释液，可抑制对虾霉菌病。
l 固体光合菌：〈用法〉将本品与少量饵料混匀后，再混入所需饵料中。
〈用量〉本品每袋（５００ｇ）拌鱼虾饵料２５－４０公斤。
四、储存
防雨、防潮，置于阴凉通风、干燥处。
五、保质期
光合细菌：18个月
六、注意事项
勿与抗生素同时混料、忌高温。
Photosynthetic Bacteria
The product was cultivated by Prof. Wang hou de that was composed with unique process and applied patent, (patent No.CN1124293A). The protein accounts for sixty percent in it; anima acids were reasonably composed, VB12 and folic acid were rich in it , especially coenzyme Q.
1、 Mechanism
The product absorbs water-bottom anaerobic-layer’s substance, then digests NH3 H2S. Firedamp and other organic wastes in the breeding process and reduces COD synthesizes sugar, amino acids, Vitamins, bio-active substance. By adjusting alive bacteria group of aquatic animals , it promotes to grow , releases disease-resistant ferment and defends illness of fish, shrimp,etc.
2、characteristics
A) The product is a perfect replacement of the chemicals.
B) Preventing illness: to restrain bad-bacteria growing. An antibiotic, it defends all kinds of illness of fish, shrimp, etc.
C) To promote growth: increasing feed reward by 12%, adding weight by 10-17%, increasing survival-rate by 5-7%.
D) Improving the quality of water, restraining virus and detrimental bacteria in the water, no needing to use antibiotic and chemicals.
E) Having the anti-lack oxygen action, keeping animal continuously growing.
F) Suitable for high densely raising, increasing production.
3、 The type of product
It includes the liquid and solid type.
4、Usage
The liquid:
A、The liquid was thrown into water by 3L/MU. Every 10-20days, in usual season, if the quality of water deteriorates, you could used it continuously for 3 days, until the water turns better, then used it for every 7 days.
B、As the original feed or clearing water, all the pond should be scattered every where, by 10ml/m, after that, scattered by 2.5ml/m for every 2-3 days.
C、This product can be added in the feed of eel, turtle, and shrimp by 4%.
D、To cure the illness from slime bacteria, gill illness etc. By dipping in the 10 fold diluted liquid for 10-15 minutes.
The solid:
Usage: The product was mixed firstly with five kilograms feed, then with all the other.
Dosage: every bag (500g) for 25-40kg feed (1.5-2%)
5、Notice:
A. Don’t mix with antibiotic and chemicals.
B. Don’t replace the water within 3 days after the product was used.
C. Reduce 25% replacing water as usual.
6、Storage
Stored in cool, dry, better ventilate place.
7、Period of validity
The liquid: Six months.
The solid: eighteen months.
